1 stick butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
4 bananas, halved and sliced
½ cup rum
Add 1 stick of butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar in stainless steel skillet. Melt butter and brown sugar then add sliced bananas. Cook on one side 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Flip over and cook again. Add rum and set afire (Be careful)
Remove from heat.
Serve over pound cake and ice cream, or omit cake.
