BLEU CHEESE DIP

Ingredients

1 8 oz cream cheese

4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese

1-2 cloves crushed/minced garlic

¼ cup whipping cream or half and half

4 pieces bacon

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup chopped Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds, chopped

Method

Heat oven to 350°. Brown, drain and crumble the bacon. Mix together cream cheese, whipping cream, bleu cheese, olive oil and garlic. Stir in the crumbled bacon. Place all ingredients in an oven-proof dish and bake 25 minutes or until bubbly on sides. Sprinkle top with chopped almonds. Serve with crackers or bread.
