BLEU CHEESE DRESSING

Ingredients

2 cup buttermilk

4 ounces bleu cheese

1 qrt mayonnaise

2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

1 dash Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes (Do not use fresh parsley as the leaves will spoil.

The dry parsley wil last much longer in the dressing.)

Method

Use a fork to mix a bit of the buttermilk with the cheese until the cheese is soft but not smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Do not use a food blender or a food processor. Refrigerate. Stir before each use.
