Servings/Yield: 4 servings


2 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey

1 cup thinly sliced celery

1 cup sm green grapes

½ cup toasted slivered almonds

1 to 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon salt

freshly ground pepper

lettuce cups

whole toasted almonds


Toss chicken with celery, grapes and slivered almonds. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold into chicken mixture. Refrigerate, covered. Garnish with whole almonds or parsley.
