Ingredients
½ cup butter
2 pkg ramen noodles (crushed)
¼ cup sesame seeds
½ cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 head Savoy cabbage, cut in bite-size pieces
Dressing:
1 ½ cup oil
1 cup sugar
⅓ cup vinegar
⅓ cup soy sauce
Method
Melt butter and sauté noodles, sesame seeds, almonds and brown sugar. Reserve part of this mixture to top salad--mix most of mixture with cabbage.
Make dressing in separate container and stir or shake until well blended. Mix with cabbage mixture immediately before serving.
