FISH - GRILLED SALMON

Ingredients

2 to 4 pounds salmon

lemon slices

olive oil

2 large garlic cloves

Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning

Method

Make several cuts in salmon lengthwise (not quite through).  Put halved lemon slices in cuts.  Brush with olive oil.  Press 2 large garlic cloves and rub over salmon.  Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.  Grill on toaster pan wrapped in foil for easy clean-up.
