Ingredients

1 cup butter (softened)
1 ½ cup flour
½ cup powdered sugar
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sugar
Assorted fresh fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, peaches, mandarin oranges, blueberries.
Glaze
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons corn starch
½ cup sugar
Method
Crust Pat to edge of pizza pan. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350°. Cool before adding cream cheese. Filling Cream together and spread with spatula over cooled crust. Fruit Arrange fruit over filling. Glaze Cook slowly, stir until thick and clear. Cool. Spoon over fruit. Chill about 2 hours before serving.
