MEAT LOAF

Servings/Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs. ground beef

3 slices bread, torn into sm pieces

1 egg, beaten

1 cup milk

¼ cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Optional:

1 tablespoon catsup

Method

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spread mixture in an ungreased loaf pan 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches (or into two mini-loaf pans). Bake uncovered in 350° oven until done, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
