Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 cup crushed graham crackers
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cup flaked coconut
1 extra lg Hershey bar
Method
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven while preheating to 350 degrees. Add graham crackers to melted butter in pan, pat down. Bake about 7 minutes.
Mix condensed milk and coconut, dab on crust, spread evenly with knife or spatula. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until light brown.
Break Hershey bar into small pieces, place on top, bake another minute or so. Smooth chocolate with spatula.
Cool, cut into squares.
