POTATO DUMPLINGS

Ingredients

6 potatoes

About 1 cup flour

2 eggs

1 tablespoon salt

Method

Cook and mash potatoes. Mix in the eggs and salt. Add about one cup of flour to make dough. Flour breadboard and roll out dough to make dumplings (1 1/2 to 2 inch balls).

Cook in boiling, salted water for about 20 minutes.
