QUICHE LORRAINE

Servings/Yield:  8 servings

Ingredients

1 frozen pastry shell

½ lb. bacon (12 strips) crisply fried and crumbled

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 ½ cup half and half

3 eggs

Nutmeg

Method

Bake pastry shell according to . Cool. Crumble cooked bacon on bottom of pastry shell.

In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly; add cheese and half and half; stir. Pour over bacon in pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
