1 head of broccoli, cut into flowerettes

1 head of cauliflower, cut into flowerettes

1 container cherry tomatoes, cut in halves

1 can pitted black olives, drained and cut in halves

1 can water chestnuts, drained and cut in halves

1 to 2 green peppers, cut in strips

1 red onion, cut in circles, or 2 bunches of green onions, sliced

1 container fresh mushrooms with stems

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 pkg dry garlic salad dressing

1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing


Mix vegetables in large container, sprinkle Italian seasoning and Italian salad dressing over the vegetables.

Mix garlic salad dressing according to , and then pour over the vegetable mix.

Marinate at least six hours before serving, stirring occasionally. Keep refrigerated. This is a recipe for all occasions but is especially colorful for the Christmas Holidays.
