SARAH'S SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients

1 shallot 1/2 cup olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons walnut oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method

Mince shallot in food processor or blender. With machine running, add the rest of the ingredients and mix for about 10 minutes.
