SMOKED SALMON DIP
2 (6 1/2 oz) cans smoked salmon
8 ounces cream cheese
Warm cream cheese to room temperature. Add smoked salmon (including skin and oil) and, using a fork, mix with cream cheese. Shape into a ball and let stand for a few hours to blend flavors. Ground nuts or finely chopped parsley may be added for garnish.
