3 sm pkg strawberry Jello

1 can Eagle Brand milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 ½ cup coconut, ground fine (use 8 oz shredded coconut)

1 ½ cup nuts, ground fine (use 7 1/2 oz almond slivers, reserve some for stems)

Pinch of salt

Green food coloring

Red sugar

Green sugar


Make the night before, as mixture needs to be chilled! Using mixer, mix Jello, milk, salt and vanilla. Add coconut and nuts. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Form into berries. Roll lower part in red sugar, dip top in green sugar. Use slivered almonds that have been soaked in green food color for stems.
