VELVEETA DIPS

Ingredients

Cheesy Chili Dip

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 jar (8 oz) Picante sauce or salsa

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

15 ounces chili

Method

Salsa Dip

Microwave Velveeta and salsa (or picante sauce) in a 1 1/2 quart microwavable bowl on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers. Makes 3 cups.

Cheesy Chili Dip

Microwave Velveeta and chili in a 1 1/2 quart microwavable bowl on High for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips. French bread chunks or cornbread sticks. Makes 3 3/4 cups
