Caribbean Cruise — 2019

Saturday, March 30, 2019 — Minneapolis to Miami

The 7 of us met at the Humprey Terminal at MSP about 1:00 for our 3:00 flight on Sun Country. Check-in and security went pretty quickly so we had time to kill at the gate. The flight was smooth and nice but they don’t even give you peanuts, pretzels or a cookie. We arrived in Miami about 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Jeff went off to call for the hotel shuttle as he didn’t have a checked bag and that went well too, although the hotel was farther from the airport than one would think. It was about 8:00 by the time we were ready for dinner so we just went to a Taco Bell near the Hampton Inn - Miami Airport West. After dinner we bought some wine at a near-by gas station as each cabin is allowed to bring two bottles on board. We drank a bottle of wine tonight and got a good night's sleep. We’re all excited to board the Allure tomorrow!
